bedbdt Terms and Conditions

bedbdt ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of any service, game or content on the bedbdt platform.

By accessing the platform, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

bedbdt reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you have accepted the updated Terms.

To create an account on bedbdt, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

At the time of registration you will need to provide the following information:

• Full legal name (as per national identity card)
• Active mobile number or email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Preferred payment method details

bedbdt may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete. You are fully responsible for the security of your account; do not share your password or login details with anyone.

bedbdt is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

If any user creates an account by providing a false age, bedbdt reserves the right to immediately cancel that account and forfeit all associated funds.

The following persons are not eligible to use bedbdt:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Those who have applied for Self-Exclusion
• Those whose accounts have previously been cancelled for any reason
• bedbdt employees and their immediate family members

All financial transactions on bedbdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
• Maximum deposit limits are determined by the policy of the relevant payment method
• Use only a payment method registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes
• Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation

bedbdt offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms and conditions that are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x)
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal
• A maximum bet limit applies when wagering with bonus balance
• The wagering contribution of any game may range from zero to 100%, as specified in the terms of the relevant bonus

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user
• If fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled
• bedbdt reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer

All games and betting on bedbdt are conducted according to specific rules. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• bedbdt reserves the right to cancel any bet incorrectly accepted due to a technical error
• In cricket betting, if a match is abandoned or incomplete, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the applicable rules
• In any dispute over an event result, the decision of bedbdt management will be considered final
• A maximum bet limit may apply for a specific event

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bedbdt platform and, if detected, will result in immediate account cancellation:

• Operating or assisting in the operation of multiple accounts
• Using illegal software, bots or automation tools
• Exploiting any error or vulnerability in a game
• Collusion or group cheating
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Impersonating another user
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's technical systems
• Harassing or causing harm to other users

For any of the above prohibited activities, bedbdt may suspend or cancel an account and forfeit the entire balance without prior notice.

bedbdt may suspend, restrict or cancel an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information
• Suspicious financial activity or fraud allegations
• As required to comply with regulatory authority directives
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request

In the event of account cancellation where no terms violation has occurred, any legitimate funds in the balance will be returned after verification. In cases of cancellation due to a terms violation, any balance may be forfeited.

The bedbdt platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We will not be liable for:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection
• Faults in your device or software
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers
• Service disruption caused by unexpected technical issues
• Loss caused by user negligence or carelessness

bedbdt reserves the right to reclaim any winnings incorrectly displayed due to a technical error. All bets on a specific game may be declared void due to a software fault.

We keep your data secure using SSL encryption and modern security measures. Your data is not sold to third parties, but may be shared with relevant authorities where required by law.
